Scope and jurisdiction
The House Industry and Labor Committee is responsible for legislation that deals with all issues surrounding Georgia's workforce and overseeing management relations throughout the state. The committee also has jurisdiction over "matters dealing with Worker's Compensation and Georgia's Worker's Compensation Board".
